This primarily practical PgCert Course is run by CPD Solutions in conjunction with the University of Chester.  Vets can attain a valuable PgCert qualification in small animal surgery in just one year.

The focus is on practical training and developing new skills that can be used immediately in practice. This is combined with work-based learning techniques that vets can then use throughout their careers. The course includes ten full days of hands-on practical training, allowing vets to develop confidence and skills under the guidance of expert and approachable tutors.

Continuous assessment applies learning directly to cases in practice and avoids the need for formal exams. At the end of the course vets will be well placed to use new techniques in their practices, and to enhance their performance of procedures already employed.  Contact CPD Solutions for more information or go to the PgCert Website.
