Organisational Responsibility

CPD Solutions is committed to operating responsibly, ethically, and sustainably as a specialist provider of veterinary professional education. We recognise that organisational responsibility, for a business of our size, is about making considered, proportionate decisions in how we design and deliver education, work with contributors, and support the wider veterinary community we serve.

Our delivery model is intentionally blended. We provide a range of learning options that reflect the realities of veterinary practice and professional development, including in-person practical training, structured postgraduate programmes, and online learning. Digital delivery is integrated across much of our work, supporting preparation, consolidation, reflection, and ongoing development alongside attendance-based education.

We place strong emphasis on professional integrity and educational quality. This includes ethical stewardship of content, transparent arrangements with speakers and educators, and respect for content ownership and permissions. Our programmes are designed to support meaningful learning, professional confidence, and progression, balancing accessibility and scale with educational depth and integrity.

We seek to operate responsibly in environmental terms by delivering education efficiently and proportionately. Our blended approach allows us to balance the benefits of in-person learning with the reduced environmental impact of digital delivery where appropriate, while remaining mindful of resource use across our activities.

We take data protection and learner privacy seriously and operate in line with applicable data protection legislation, using appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard information across both online and blended learning environments.

CPD Solutions reviews its practices regularly and is committed to evolving its approach to corporate responsibility as the organisation grows and as expectations within the profession develop. We aim to work constructively with partners to address ethical, social, and environmental considerations in a practical and proportionate way.
