- The PgCert Course is open to veterinary surgeons who have been qualified for at least 2 years and have a minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience
- Places on the course are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis
- A Place is allocated when the non-refundable deposit is paid
- Full payment of the CPD Solutions course fee within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice for this entitles the delegate to a 10% discount on the CPD Solutions course fee

- Delegates must enrol with the University partner that validates the PgCert, and pay the required University fee directly to the University upon request
- It is expected that delegates will complete the course in 12 months
- Modules must be completed in the correct order and delegates must complete all attendance sessions
- Payment instalments as per the schedule given on booking are payable whether or not the course is completed in 12 months
- In adverse circumstances it may be possible to transfer to modules on the following year’s course. Full payment is still required in the first year.
- There is an absolute limit of three years to complete the course.
- The course is non-residential.
- Fees will not be refunded once a booking has been confirmed.
- If a student withdraws from the course, fees will not be refunded.
- Payment of the course fee does not guarantee your PgCert – you must pass all assessments in the course to obtain your qualification
- CPD Solutions reserves the right to alter the programme, date, venue and speakers should this become necessary.
- In the event of cancellation of a course by CPD Solutions, course fees paid by the delegate to CPD Solutions will be refunded in full. CPD Solutions will not be liable for travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred by delegates.

- Complaints Policy
We always aim to provide a high standard of service to our PgCert students. However, if you have a complaint, please submit this in writing by email to [email protected]. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days. If you do not get confirmation that we have received your complaint within 3 working days of submission, please call us on 0151 328 0444 to confirm that we have received it. We will address your complaint as soon as possible after it is received and will inform you of the progress of the investigation in due course.
