TPLO is a demanding procedure. Our extended three-day practical course gives you the time, structure and supervised experience to understand the principles, plan accurately and practise the technique repeatedly before returning to practice.

Our intensive three-day TPLO course is specifically designed for more experienced veterinary surgeons and veterinarians like yourself, with small groups that allow interactive, personalised learning from a highly experienced surgeon.
The additional third day gives you more supervised wet-lab time, allowing you to repeat the procedure, become more familiar with the instrumentation and workflow, review your technique and build confidence before taking the next step in practice.

We've extended Learn TPLO in response to delegate feedback, giving you an additional day to repeat the procedure, become more familiar with the instrumentation and surgical workflow, review your technique and learn from your postoperative radiographs.
TPLO isn't a procedure where more lecture time is the answer. More supervised practice is.

Jonathan has many years of experience with TPLO surgeries and he will guide you through the patient selection and surgical processes. He is Head of Orthopaedics at Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service. Jonathan has taught the TPLO course many times and is an RCVS Specialist in Small Animal Surgery (Orthopaedics) and a European Specialist in Small Animal Surgery

The CPD Solutions Training Centre is a light, modern well-equiped environment, perfect for developing your clinical skills. It is centrally located in the UK near Birmingham and there's always a very friendly welcome and some good food and coffee.
