Mark Glyde BVSc MACVSc MVS DipECVS MRCVS
Mark graduated from the University of Sydney in 1983. After eleven years in small animal practice he completed a surgical residency at the University of Melbourne before moving to the University of Liverpool as a lecturer in small animal surgery and then to University College Dublin. Mark's principal interests are small animal orthopaedics and veterinary undergraduate and postgraduate education. In 2004 he was awarded the UCD President's Teaching Award. His current research involves fracture and implant biomechanics of humeral condylar and femoral supracondylar fractures and learning through online case studies. Mark holds a Masters degree in Veterinary Surgery, is a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons and an RCVS Recognised Specialist in Small Animal Surgery. He is currently Associate Professor in Small Animal Surgery at Murdoch University in Australia.
