Simon Platt BVM&S DipECVN DipACVIM MRCVS

Simon Platt qualified from the University of Edinburgh in 1992. He undertook a three-year residency in neurology at the University of Florida in 1995, after which he was assistant professor of Neurology at the University of Georgia. Since August 2000, Simon has been Head of the Neurology unit at the Animal Health Trust. Simon is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in Neurology, and of the European College of Veterinary Neurology, in addition to being an RCVS recognised specialist in veterinary neurology. Simon is on the examination committee for the ECVN, is co-editor of the new BSAVA Manual of Canine and Feline Neurology.
