Keysteps™ Medicine is a modular course combining selected topics which are essential for clinicians in first opinion practice. Each module has been designed to relate clinical presentations directly to the cases that you are likely to encounter in practice.
When you attend Keysteps™ Medicine, you will:-
• Develop your clinical knowledge in key areas of small animal medicine
• Define your approach to your small animal medicine patients and achieve reliable diagnoses
• Learn which diagnostic tests to perform in specific cases for optimum results
• Increase your confidence in dealing with obscure and challenging patient presentations
• Be well equipped to deal with your client’s concerns about emotive areas including cancer and infectious disease
• Ensure that you are up to date with current thinking in small animal medicine and therapeutics
There are now two complementary Sessions for Keysteps™ Medicine. You can book on either Session 1 or Session 2, and all of the details that you need are in the following pages. Session 1 is based in Cheshire, and Session 2 is based in Studley, near Birmingham. The Sessions can be attended in either order, as all of the modules are stand-alone courses.*
*Except Cardiology 1 and Cardiology 2 in Session 2, where you need to attend both modules for maximum benefit.
