Course outline
Working alone in a separate field in practice can be difficult. Are you sure that you are giving your clients the right husbandry advice? Ever wondered if your approach to a bird or repltile case is appropriate? Does everyone interpret blood results like you do? Have you chosen the best therapy for an exotic patient? If these are the sort of questions that you ask yourself, then this course is for you, as you will find out all the answers! During this highly interactive course, we will explore medical and surgical presentations that you are likely to encounter in both birds and reptiles. Case presentations by the tutor will allow discussion of diagnostics and management, and you will also discuss cases in small groups for subsequent presentation to the rest of the delegates and tutor.
Specific areas to be covered include:
• Common presentations in avian patients
• Common presentations in reptile patients
