There’s a new Veterinary CPD and Veterinary Nurse CPD brochure on its way to you if you are on our mailing list. If you don’t get it, please contact us and make sure that we have your details and permission to mail to you. This brochure features some of our autumn courses, and it’ll be perfect for you if you haven’t completed all of your required CPD hours for 2010. There’s a special emphasis on Practical CPD courses with extensive hands-on sessions where you can learn and practise new skills, clinical and surgical techniques. These are the courses that will give you skills that you can use directly in your practice on your return, for the benefit of your patients, their owners and your practice bottom line. (Hopefully in that order.) Look out for the ‘Very Practical’ labels on the courses to identify the right course for you.

Website Competition Winner
Wednesday, September 16th, 2009I’m delighted to announce the winner of our first website competition! Amanda Kleinman wins £100 of Amazon vouchers after correctly identifying the veterinary item in the picture. I’m sure you got it right- yes it was a stethoscope. We did keep the first one easy on purpose- the next pic will be a bit harder. Around 200 people entered the competition so if that’s repeated with the next one it gives you a very good chance of winning. Let us know if you’d rather we offered a different prize for the competition, and also if there are any additional courses you’d like to see in our veterinary cpd and veterinary nurse cpd range.
A Chance to Increase Your Practice Profitability

New Website includes Free CPD
Saturday, August 8th, 2009I’m very pleased to announce that our new website is up and running! It’s taken a while, but the new site has a lot more features for vets and nurses. It should also be a lot easier to find what you’re looking for as the subject areas are more clearly demarcated. Nurses have their own dedicated area, and there are free CPD articles on different subject areas available throughout the site.
